Nestled in the Croissant Park neighborhood of Fort Lauderdale, the goal of this project was to create six luxury townhomes with rooftop views to the downtown skyline.
Each of the 3-story units are 4 bedrooms ranging from 2,000 sf-2,200 sf with over 1,000 sf of balcony area.
The design features a tropical modern aesthetic using materials for accents and palette diversity surrounded by lush landscaping.
